🖥️ What type of server should I choose?
Recently, Quilibrium switched to Proof of Meaningful Work (PoMW). PoMW is very CPU-intensive, making it best to use dedicated resources instead of shared ones. Virtual Private Servers (VPS) typically come with shared resources, meaning you share the CPU with others hosted on the same server. Therefore, hosting providers usually have rules on how much CPU you are allowed to use for a certain amount of time. As a result, Quilibrium is not suitable for most VPS providers. A Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) or dedicated server (bare metal) is recommended so you will have all the resources at your discretion.
